Meet the woman behind the pages

Hey, y’all.
I’m Meredith.

I'm the creator behind Simply Sober and What The Colors #@!$. I love to laugh, I sometimes use dark humor, and I believe our stories can help someone else feel a little less alone.

I’ve shared my story over 50 million times. These coloring books are another way to share my story of hope.

Coloring was part of how I got sober. I still turn to it sometimes as a form of meditation: a little time to slow down, quiet my mind, and focus on the page in front of me.

These books bring together the things I care about: real life, recovery, family, and seeing the world with fresh eyes. Some pages are funny. Some are hopeful. All of them leave room for your own colors.

“I explore it. You color it.”
That's the idea behind my future coloring adventures through Louisville and beyond.

Your idea. Our next conversation.
